computer-controlled dyeing jars of 50, 100, 600 and 800
pounds are introduced from Hongkong. The dyeing capacity
is 30 tons per day.
Its dyeing equipment has vastly
adaptability and fits to the dyeing work under the
ordinary temperature and pressure, can complete
refining£¬inflation£¬neutralization£¬bleaching£¬ dyeing,
washing and soft operation sequence.
The over
5,000,000yuan investment environment protection
equipment was put into effect with the dyeing machines at
the same time. The wastewater treatment capacity has
reached the national second grade standard. The draining
water after reaching standard can supply 200mu¡¯s garden
as water source. This makes dyeing process become the
green environment protection engineering that can be
developed continuously.
